Refund and Returns Policy

Should you encounter any fault/s with the product within the first 30 days, kindly email us at support(at)zynaflo.com with the following information:

  1. Order ID
  2. Nature of fault
  3. Photos and/or video proof of fault

All 3 conditions above are required. The fault/s will be reviewed and after troubleshooting steps are done and fault/s is confirmed, a new product will be shipped to you no cost.

Fault/s that occur after 30 days are covered by our 1-year warranty. Faulty part/s of the product will be replaced at no cost.

Returns Not Due To Faults

Returns not due to any fault/s will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees incurred for returning the item/s. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Returns will be refunded via one of these methods: (1) your original form of payment, or (2) Wire transfer, or (3) PayPal. Refund method will be communicated with buyer at point of refund.

If the payment was made using credit / debit card or bank account, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to be credited to your bank.

Customer Damage

We are not required to accept any item that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering, is damaged.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
