We use a balance of filtration media specially formulated to remove chlorine, hard water and impurities as well as rejuvenating your hair and skin:

Removed some minerals out of the water, that was drying out my skin

Works as expected. Seems to take out some minerals which were drying up my skin in my shower. It does lower the shower head about 3 to 4 inches so for some showers it may make the shower head to low.

The ZYNAFLO 15-Stage Shower Filter is the best shower filters we have found. I neglected to change our filter and months later could not figure out why my skin was so dry and itchy. The day I changed the filter, no more itch! And my hair is much softer. I ordered a four pack to make sure we always have these and marked my calendar! I also noticed our water, which sometimes smells like chlorine in the kitchen, does not have the chlorine smell in the shower. Thank you for a great product. I also have to commend their customer service. When the right size of silicone gasket was missing from the new filter replacement, I wrote to them to see why I could not get the smaller one that came with it, into the housing not realizing the filter should have come with the larger size. They responded immediately, told me there should have been a larger gasket in the box and were sending me not only the gasket but a whole new filter with the two gaskets inside.

Works well

This was easy to install in my shower head. I can definitely tell that I don't smell that much chlorine like I used which is good and I can also feel a difference in my hair whenever I was it .
