- What currency are the products priced in?
All products are priced in US Dollars (USD)
- Do you offer international shipping?
- We offer international shipping only for products in the Hydrogen Category.
- For products in the Hydrogen category, we currently ship only to Canada, Australia, NZ, and the UK.
- We ship to Continental USA for all products, including those in the hydrogen category.
- What types of payment method do you accept?
We accept payment by all major credit / debit cards and Paypal.
- What is the shipping cost?
- Shipping is free for all products to the US.
- Shipping is free for products in the Hydrogen category for US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
- Orders in the US will usually arrive within 5 to 7 days. However during peak shopping season delays may occur for reasons beyond our control.
- Order from all other countries will arrive between 7 to 14 days depending on region.
- Is there a warranty for your products?
Yes, all our products come with a 1-year warranty.
- What is your return policy?
- Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us at support(at)zynaflo.com with your Order ID and reason of return within 30 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable). You will then be provided with a local return address.
- Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
- Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit / debit card or bank account, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to be credited to your bank.
