- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
- Order processing may take up to two (2) business days.
- For U.S. orders, delivery typically occurs within 5–7 business days after processing. Please note that during peak shopping periods, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
- For international orders, delivery generally takes 7–14 business days after processing, depending on the destination and regional logistics.
- Is there a warranty for your products?
Yes, all our products come with a 1-year warranty.
- What is your return policy?
- Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us at support(at)zynaflo.com with your Order ID and reason of return within 30 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable). You will then be provided with a local return address.
- Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
- Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit / debit card or bank account, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to be credited to your bank.
